Here is an example workout we do in some of our boot camp type classes. Try it out and see how you like it! If you end up wanting to do more workouts like this, contact us about signing up for a boot camp !
Start off with doing 20 mins of stairs with 2 minute speed bursts.
Then start your interval training rounds. It will be a series of Tabata set intervals. Tabata sets are 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest totalling 4 minutes.
Tabata Sets: Rotate between Excercises
-burpees
-plank shoulder taps
-squats/squat jumps
-Russian Twists
Tabata Sets: Rotate Between Exercises
-Push ups
-Mt Climbers
-Box Jumps or tuck jumps
-Lumberjack Squat w/ MB
Tabata Sets: Rotate Between Exercises
-L-R jump-ins in plank position
-Skater jumps
-dips
-lunge jumps
