Are you feeling great about the weekend coming up and looking for a challenge???
Today, set your phone or watch alarm to go off every hour or two and every time it goes off, find a wall and do a wall sit for 30 to 60 seconds. If you are feeling really good, go for a 3 minute hold every hour all day long. If your legs are a bit sore from yesterday's workout do 30 seconds every other hour. Adding a couple wall sits throughtout your day is a great challenge and it doesn't take too much of your time.
