Workout Wednesday ~ It's National Running Day!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!!!

It is national running day, so try to get outside or hop on a treadmill at least for 10 minutes today to celebrate!

In addition, we have a fun workout for you to try! Get ready for some explosive moves, crawls, core work and of course legs!


The workout:

Warm up – Run for 10 mins or so

20-15-10 Rep sets:
               Tuck jumps
               Box jumps
               Lateral hops
               180 ground jumps
               1-legged squat ups from bench


Repeat 2 x:
               10 Burpees with 20 count MT climber & 4 push ups
               Bear crawl 20 meters
               30 bicycle abs
               Crab walk 20 meters

For 10 minutes- 1-minute intervals alternating between exercises
              Squats
               Plank – change it each time (forearm-hand; shoulder tap; toe taps; rain bow; windmill)

              
Stretch - hold each stretch for 30 seconds and make sure to stretch your full body!
