Leg Series: (Repeat the set as many times as you can today)
-Lunge to Balance ~ 10 -20 reps per leg
-Sumo squat ~ 20 - 30 reps
-Squat hold ~ 30-120 seconds
*You can do this at work, watching TV, cooking dinner or at the gym. Try to do at least 3 rounds!
