Today is finally Friday! Finish the week off right with a challenge!
Challenge your body to perform in any state. In honor of Ragnar Relay Adirondacks (which will force us to run at all times of day and night), we decided to propose a similar (but much more realistic) challenge for the day. Choose a time of the day your body is not accustomed to working out. If you're usually an early riser, try a lunch-break gym visit. If you normally work out in the evenings, try and get up for an early morning run. See how your body responds to the change- who knows, you might just have a new habit.
