Today's Challenge:
For every waking hour today, hold a wall sit for 1 to 5 minutes. Make sure to keep your thighs parallel to the floor and check to ensure your knees do not go over your toes.
Want to make it harder? Stay in the position for longer or hold a weight while sitting!
