Get Fit For Friday! 100's

Happy Friday Everyone!

Today we are challenging you to something we call the 100's. Depending on the exercise it is either 100 reps or 100 seconds. In addition to today's challenge, we ask you to add 100 seconds onto your 3 minute meditation session today in honor of the 100 challenge :)

The Challenge of the Week:
100 squats
100 push ups or 100 seconds of push ups
100 seconds of lunge jumps
100 seconds of plank
100 crunches
100 seconds of wall sit

We hope that you find the time to fit these 100s in today - remember if you can't do them all at once, spread the exercises out throughout the day. See if you can get coworkers or friends to join you!
