Workout Wednesday!
Are you ready to push yourself through the middle of the week with this workout?

Get ready for some repeats! Simple but hard is all one needs to build strength, power and speed.
Warm up: Jog, do some stair sets or jump rope for 5-10 minutes.
Main Set:
1 set of stairs or 100m run or 1 minute jump rope
10 burpees
1 set of stairs or 100m run or 1 minute jump rope
10 lunge jumps
1 set of stairs or 100m run or 1 minute jump rope
10 push ups
1 set of stairs or 100m run or 1 minute jump rope
10 squat jumps
1 set of stairs or 100m run or 1 minute jump rope
1-3 minutes of plank
Cool down and stretch for at least 10 minutes.
Repeat the set lowering the number of each exercise by one until you get to one rep each. If this is too long or challenging for you, adjust accordingly. Remember quality is better than quantity except when running a marathon ;-) Stay intense and don't give up! Keep hydrated and try not to give into the desire to stop.
