Workout Wednesday ~ Are you up for the challenge?
Today's workout is a combination of a circuit of stations and a timed interval pushing yourself as hard as you can. We want to challenge your mind and body with this workout pushing you to your limits. Be careful when performing the exercises and don't do anything that might injure you. Make sure to make the appropriate adjustments as needed and never stop smiling :)
Today's Workout:
Circuit: 1-minute intervals with 15 seconds of rest between
Windmill
Lunges with twist
Lunges with twist
Plank - 1 legged (30s per leg)
Cobra
Forarm-toe crawl
Wall sit
Crab walk
Clock push ups
One-legged squats (both sides)
Table top one arm one leg (both sides)
Ab- bicycle
Side plank- raise top leg (30s per side)
Side lunges
Plie squats on tip toes
Cobra
Forarm-toe crawl
Wall sit
Crab walk

7-minute interval: Repeat as many times as possible
Sprint 50m

10 burpees
