Happy Wednesday Everyone!
This week's Wednesday Workout is focusing on a routine you can do without any equipment and still get a killer workout!
Today's Workout:
Warm up: 5-10 minutes of stairs, jump rope, jogging, or other cardio option of choice
Main Set:
50 squats
45 crunches
35 Reverse crunches
30 Mt. Climbers
25 push ups
20 lunge jumps
15 squat jumps
10 burpees
5 tricep pushups
90s-60s-30s rounds of the following:
plank
bridge
side plank(switch sides halfway through)
superman hold
Cool Down and stretch for 5 to 10 minutes
