Friday ~ Get Fit For Bicycle Crunches


Today we want you to take the time during your day and get in three sets of bicycle crunches in addition to your daily workout that you scheduled. We want you to do as many reps as possible for each of the three sets you do. Push yourself and engage the core the entire time. As soon as you have to sacrifice your form to continue, we want you to stop. You should always focus on form and quality before quantity!
