This Week's Get Fit For It Friday Challenge !

Hi Everyone!

I am so glad it is Friday!!!!! Let the weekend begin! What better way to start the weekend than with a fun challenge from your favorite trainers, right?

Can I hear, "Push ups, please !!!" ...

How about 100 push ups nonstop? We know that is a bit advanced for many of you, so how about you challenge yourself and try to do 100 push ups as fast as you can. Start the timer as you start and keep it running until you have completed all 100. Take breaks if you need to but don't quit until you reach 100! Record your time and try again in a few weeks to see if you have improved :)

Remember form is important- never sacrifice form even if it means you have to reduce the number you do.
