Workout Wednesday!

Hi Everyone!

I hope your week is off t o a great start ! Now it is time to test yourself with a workout using the motivation you have from the quotes and music we posted this week.

Try this Workout and test your strength and endurance!

Warm up with 20 minutes of cardio - stairs or rowing is recommended

Then it is time for some timed intervals - do each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest between exercises.

Round #1: (do for 8 minutes or 2 rounds of the 4 exercises)
-Push ups
-180 ground jump
-dips
-Push Press


Round #2: (do for 8 minutes or 2 rounds of the 4 exercises)
-Burpees
-Clean and Press
-Lunge jumps
-Windmill with leg kick


Round #3: (do for 8 minutes or 2 rounds of the 4 exercises)
-Plank forearm to hand
-Box Jump
-One arm snatch
-superman

Remember to modify but try for the 45 seconds if you can. If you are 45 seconds try 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between exercises.  

And most importantly- have fun with it and SMILE :)
This won't even take you an hour - you can do it!!! Believe in yourself and your strength!!!
