Motivational Monday ~ New Month, New you!

Happy Monday!!!!!

We hope everyone had a gret weekend! It was beautiful in Ithaca although it was slightly warmer than we would have liked. Did anyone do anything exciting? Drew and I had some great rest and restoration to start off a new month ready to go!

July is a great month to set some goals for yourself and keep you on track. With long warm days, you have lots of opportunities throughout the day to get outside and do sometehing active. Take advantage of the farm stands and local, fresh produce as well and eat lots and lots of produce.

Today, in addition to providing some inspiring quotes, we ask you to think about someone who loves you and wants only the best for you. As you go about your day and your workouts for the week, think of this person everytime you find yourself losing focus or wanting to give up! Hold onto the love that person has for you and push through til you have finished. Never give up on yourself, you deserve more than that! Take a deep breath and relax.
