Workout Wednesday ~ Short and Sweaty

Hi Everyone!

Happy Fourth of July!!!! We hope everyone has a wonderful day off and had the opportunity to celebrate with friends and family!

Don't make the holiday an excuse for not doing a workout. Instead, do a simple but tough short workout and feel good about yourself all day long, knowing you are still on track!

Today's workout:

Warm up: Repeat this twice: 2 minutes of jump rope then 10 squats and 10 push ups

Main Set:
4 Rounds: 1-minute interval of squats & 1-minute interval forearm to hand plank
30 seconds - burpees

water break ~ 1 minute

4 Rounds: 1-minute lunges (or lunge jumps) & 30 seconds push ups (plank if you cannot do push ups)
30 seconds -burpees

water break ~ 1 minute

4 Rounds: 1-minute Mountain Climbers & 1-minute flutterkicks
30 seconds - burpees

water break ~ 30 seconds

2 Rounds: 30 seconds side plank on each side
30 seconds - burpees

Stretch and drink some water! Then go have some fun celebrating America :)
