Motivational Mondays

Happy Monday Everyone!

It is October first! We hope that everyone accomplished their goals for September and have come up with their goals for October. If not, take a few moments today to decide what you are striving to achieve this month. It doesn't have to be anything crazy, just something that will help you stay on track and keep you motivated!

This past weekend, Drew and I, along with 10 of our friends set out for Ragnar Adirondacks running relay starting at Saratoga Springs and running 200 miles to Lake Placid mostly in the rain. It was an amazing race and so much fun! If you have never done one before, we highly encourage you to sign up for one! Drew and I ended up pacing 2 extra legs during the night runs in addition to our 3 legs that we were assigned. Without much sleep (45 minutes on a gym floor) during the whole course of the event, we finished the race strong and much faster than expected! We couldn't have done it without our team and are truly grateful for all the love an support everyone provided to one another along the way! It shows how important it is to have support and work with a team!

This week, we ask you to think about a group of friends or family members that are close to you and try to set a goal or more for the week that you all work on together. Encourage and push each other every day through email, texts, calls or gym time to motivate and keep everyone on track! You will realize how much more you can accomplish with the help and support of others.

Get Fit For It!

Challenge Accepted,
D & K
