Get Fit For It Friday ~ Challenge Accepted!

Hi Everyone!

With a big party weekend coming up, let's challenge ourselves today in preparation for it! Dig deep and find the motivation from within to kick it into gear!

1. Aerobic Test: 1 mile walk or 1.5 mile run
