It's Friday Everyone!
Time to take a challenge- Are you fit for it? Try it out and see!
Today's Challenge:
1. Pick an amount of time you want to devote to the challenge (10 minutes or more)
2. Set your timer to beep on one-minute intervals if you can. If you do not have an interval timer, use a stopwatch or a watch and be careful about watching the clock.
3. Pick a number for the number of push ups and squats you want to do. You will do this number of the exercise in a minute and start the next exercise the following minute. You will switch from one exercise to the other every minute for the allotted time you chose.
4. Stay Hydrated.
5. Congratulate yourself on a job well done!
Make sure you choose a number that is challenging each time but doable in the minute's time. If push ups get too difficult, hold plank for an amount of time.
