We encourage everyone to take some time this weekend and think about their monthly goals. Even with holiday feasts ahead of you, set a nutrition and a physical activity goal for yourself that you can continue to think about during the next month to help you stay on track.
Over the weekend, Drew and I are reuniting with our relay Ragnar team and hopefully decide which race we should do next!!!
