Today is Friday which means it is time for our weekly challenge!

We challenge you to incorporate 5 to 10 minutes of plank into your day. It can be on your forearms or your hands and can be any of the variations that exist. We recommend you try to hold it for as long as you can with good form each time. Try to hold it for longer than you ever have before. It is time to wake up your core and get stronger! Remember to keep breathing and squeeze your back and abs.
