Weekend Warrior

Good Morning Weekend Warriors!

We hope you are all enjoying your weekend and have great adventures planned for the next two days. Drew is teaching his spin classes in the morning and I have a meditation workshop I have to look forward to this afternoon. We also have some fun plans with our friends and have some relaxation time scheduled for Sunday - movie night! We encourage everyone to take the time to rest and recover for the coming week!

The holidays are getting close, make sure to get your workouts in while you can and don't forget to make time for shopping so everything isn't last minute.
