Get Fit For Friday!


It's Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are happy to say it is finally Friday and the weekend is just around the corner! We are both excited to be home and see our families! We are getting ready for the holiday as many of us are doing and want to remind everyone to keep taking calm deep breaths. One thing at a time and you will get it all done!

Today's challenge of the week is staying with the theme of stairs. It is a challenge you can make your own and be creative with.


Get Fit For Friday's Challenge:
Include 10-20 extra flights of stairs into your day today. They can be all together as an extra workout or throughout the day whenever you come across a great stairwell!!!!
