This Week's Challenge

Yoga session - at least 30 minutes of practice

Yoga helps you focus on the mind-body connection and prevents you from being distracted by external stimuli. When practicing yoga, it is hard to let your mind wander away from the pose you are performing at that moment. This is important because it allows you to get in touch with your body and how you feel and gives your brain a break from the craziness of your life. Not only can yoga help calm and settle the mind, it is one of the best things you can do for your body. The combination of strength and flexibility it provides makes it one of the most rewarding activities. Even if you don't particularly care for yoga, have an open mind and try it today. #TrainingOpportunity
