We thought we would offer you a leg workout that you can do to get ready to wear your American Flag pattern short shorts or Chubbies.
This workout is short unless you challenge yourself to do repeats! (We highly encourage you to do 4 sets at least). Whatever your fitness level is, you can do something, so take today as a challenge to get going and work those legs!
Workout Wednesday
Warm up:
5 - 10 minutes of easy cardio
Main Set:
30 squats
20 lunges
10 skate jumps
60 second wall sit
15 squat jumps
10 lunge jumps (both sides)
Cool Down & Stretch
