Get Fit For It Friday's Challenge!

Happy Friday!!!!!!!

Are you ready to challenge yourself??? Everyone needs to push themselves every once and a while, right? ;)

Have you ever found yourself taking the elevator when you really should have been taking the stairs? I am sure everyone can answer yes to that at least once in their lives. Today, try to take the stairs as often as possible. Instead of using the bathroom on the floor of your office, take a walk and go up a flight or so and use the bathroom there. Find an excuse to take as many stairs as you can. If you are really feeling energized, try to skip every other step as you go up.

If you want to push yourself to the max today, do a stair workout for 20, 30, 40 or 60 minutes.... go for as long as you need to to feel the burn and get a great workout in. As you are climbing up, don't think about how many steps you have left or how many sets but instead, take it one step at a time. Try not to think about the work you are doing but rather your goal or zone out completely. Do what you need to do to get through the workout - stay positive and never give up! You are strong, stay tough and push through the burn and discomfort.


Today's challenge doesn't have to be something that stresses you out, just try to get in some more stairs than you normally would. Remember- Every little bit counts and makes a difference :)
