Weekend Warrior ~ Last Weekend of August


Hi Everyone!

We hope everyone is taking advantage of the weekend and getting outside for some fun! We sadly are heading inside today for a double spin class session that Drew is teaching. After that we have a wonderful outdoor event to go to, so luckily we get to be outside for the rest of the day!

This weekend, even if you have to put in some hours working, try to find some time for yourself, whether it is reading some of the articles in this post, or going for a hike or trail run or a swim. Let yourself have some peace and quiet so your mind and body can recover from all the work you have done.
