Get Fit For Friday!




Happy Friday to all!!!!

As another work week comes to an end, we challenge you to work on your balance, stability and strength all at once! Focus on using your core as you perform the exercises and use all of your leg muscles to lift and lower your body in a slow and controlled movement. Start your weekend right and accept this challenge!

Today's Challenge: 3-6 rounds per leg

*One-legged Squats - try for 10-20 reps at a time

One-legged squats are challenging for many people. If you struggle with one-legged squats, use a bench and starting from the bench, slowly lift up and lower back down. As you perform your squats, concentrate on squeezing your core and contracting your leg muscles throughout the whole squat. Do not hold your breathe but take calm, deep breaths.

Grab a friend and challenge them to join you for some fun!!!
