Get Fit For Friday ~ Balance Challenge!

Today we challenge you to work on your balance and stability. We want you to take 6 minutes out of your day to hold tree pose. It can be 3 minutes on one side and 3 minutes on the other all at once or you can break them down into different intervals. You might choose three 1-minute intervals on each leg resting for some time between each interval. Do what works for your lifestyle but still make sure you are challenging yourself so you can continue to improve.
