Get Fit For Friday ~ Burpees Because You Can!

Hello Everyone! Friday is the best day to do a challenge that leaves you feeling accomplished and ready for some relaxation! We thought that burpees would be the best way to achieve this today! If burpees are not something that you can do or choose to do, try squat jumps or squat jacks and add in some push ups too :)

Get Fit For Burpees!

Do 50 Burpees or more today whether it is at once or throughout the day. Just be sure to keep perfect form and make it challenging whatever that might be for you!

We hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July and continue to celebrate over the weekend with friends and family. Also, we want to wish all the participants running the Finger Lakes Fifty Trail Running Race tomorrow!!!!! Please remember to stay hydrated and fuel appropriately. Good luck and we will see you all at the finish line! If you are in Ithaca or nearby, you should come out and show your support! Drew will be taking photos and I will be running the 50K with a couple others.

On another note, we want to give everyone a heads up that we are taking the month of July off from the blog. We are as sad as you are not to be writing this month but we have some travel and moving plans that will be keeping us away from our GFFI desks.
