Get Fit For Friday ~ Just 1 Mile Please

This week’s challenge is to take the amount of time it takes you to run/walk one mile out of the time you spend on the Internet or your phone today and and put aside that time to do the one mile! A little extra movement can go a long way when it comes to our bodies and minds!
