Get Fit For Friday ~ Pull ups... How many can you do?

This week’s challenge of the week is a pull up challenge. We challenge you to do as many pull ups (assisted is an excellent modification) as you can in 3 minutes. You can take breaks and rest during the three minutes but keep at it as much as you can until the time runs out. After the three minutes are up, record the number you did. If you enjoyed this challenge, you can repeat it in a couple of weeks to see if your numbers change.
