Take-In Thursday ~ Lemon Thyme Tilapia

This week’s fish recipe is one of our favorite dishes we prepare for dinner. It is easy, quick and requires minimum prep and equipment. We like to combine it with roasted vegetables or a stir-fry. You could also have it with a large salad if you are looking for something that doesn't require cooking.

Lemon-Thyme Tilapia
serves 4


Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets
2 cloves of garlic, minced
6 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
½ teaspoon sea salt
Cooking spray (olive oil)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place the fish and all of the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until evenly coated.
3. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray and lay fish down.
4. Bake for 10 -15 minutes or until it becomes flaky and white.
5. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
