Workout Wednesday ~ Fast & Intense


Workout Wednesday
Here is a fast, intense workout to try that requires no equipment and little space. To get the most out of it, you must push yourself during the work intervals and take the most advanced version of each exercise you are capable of without sacrificing form or getting injured.

Warm up: 3 Rounds
20 High Knees
10 Push ups
10 Squats

Set #1: 4 Rounds
10 Lateral Burpees
20 Grasshoppers (10/leg)
30 Lunge Jumps (15/leg)

Set #2: Tabata (8 rounds of 20s/10s)
-Butterfly Crunch
-Bicycle Crunch

Stretch and cool down
