Get Fit For Friday ~ Yoga Class

Thank Goodness It's Friday! We hope everyone has started the month with lots of energy and determination! Before you get started with your weekend festivities, we would like to challenge you to our weekly GFFI Challenge. This week we are dedicating our challenge to a great friend who has worked out with us for 4 years. It is his birthday Sunday and we must celebrate! This year is especially special because he is moving across the country to start the next chapter in his life. We want to wish him well on his next steps in life and we can't wait to hear about all he does!

Phillip, you will be missed and we hope you visit us soon!

This weekend we hope that everyone gets outside to enjoy the wonderful sunshine and warmth while summer is still in full swing! See if you can get some friends together and play a team sport. Also take some time to think about your monthly goal and what you need to do everyday to make it happen!
