Today, we have a spicy fish recipe that is simple but delicious! We want to share this great dish with you because we want everyone else to try sriracha sauce which we can't live without!

Sriracha Salmon
Serves 4

Ingredients:
4 (6-oz) salmon filets
12 oz baby spinach, fresh
2 Tbs Sriracha sauce or more
4 tsp garlic powder
4 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbs olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1.Heat a large skillet over med-high heat.

2. Once the pan is hot, add oil until it spreads evenly in the pan.

3. Add the salmon pieces to the skillet and then evenly spread the garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper over the 4 pieces.

4. Once you notice that the fish is cooked halfway through (about 4 minutes) flip each piece over to brown the other side and finish the cooking

5. Take a pastry brush (a knife or spoon if you do not have a brush) and spread the Sriracha sauce over the salmon pieces.

6. After the fish is fully cooked (about 2 or 3 minutes later), take the fish off of the heat.

7. Place each filet over about 2 cups of spinach and serve.
