Workout Wednesday ~ 3 Tough Rounds To Success


This week we invite you to try this short, intense workout that includes one main set of 5 exercises. You need to modify to your fitness level, changing interval time and number of rounds depending on what is a challenge for you. This shouldn’t be easy, don’t adjust to make it so. Challenge yourself and see what you have in you!


Workout:

Warm up: 2 x 30s intervals
jumping jacks
High Knees
Squats
Lateral leg swings

Main Set: 3 rounds x 1-minute intervals
Squat Thursters
Dips
Lunge Jumps
Push up Jacks
V-ups

Rest for 1 minute between rounds

Cool down and Stretch
