Get Fit for It Friday ~ Jumping Squat Tucks






How many squat tucks can you do in a minute?


This week’s challenge encourages you to be quick and powerful yet light. We want you to add some squat tuck jumps into your day! Try for a one-minute interval and do as many as you can. Count your jumps and record them. After resting for 2 minutes, or at another part of the day, do another minute and see if you can beat the number you did the first time. Try for a total of 3 different one-minute intervals.
